Welcome to the Sugarbear pricing guide for our bespoke custom made cakes and cupcakes! Each creation is made to order with the finest ingredients, ensuring top-notch quality in every bite. Because every cake is uniquely designed just for you, the prices reflect the special, custom nature of my creations.

Cupcakes

Our cupcakes are made fresh every time and last up to 4 days if kept refrigerated. All cupcakes are topped with my own buttercream recipe. You have the choice between basic cupcakes or our deluxe range that have filling also inside the cupcakes. Our deluxe prices include various piping styles, sprinkles, glitter and gold foil. 

Basic swirl cupcakes are vanilla or chocolate only. For premium flavours please choose deluxe option.

N.B Cupcakes which require further additional pieces such as custom toppers, fondant decorations, macarons, chocolate moulds or dried flowers will incur extra costs.

Cakes

 
Cake prices are quoted as the basic cake with no decorating or any outside covering. This is to give you an idea only of the cost of the naked cake before adding on any design elements. All design elements need to be quoted on a case by case basis as this pricing can change over time due to supplier changes and costs of obtaining custom toppers, flowers etc. 

All cakes are 4 layers of cake with buttercream between each layer. Filling can also be added into that layer and all cakes are quote to allow for these options.

Base cake price (no design or decorations)
5 inch - $150 (20-30 serves)
6 inch - $180 (30-45 serves)
7 inch - $210 (45-55 serves)
8 inch - $230 (55-65 serves)
9 inch - $260 (65-75 serves)

Serving amounts are stated as desert portions (larger slice to be used as main desert). Coffee portions can extend your cake by approximately 10-15 serves.

Wedding cakes

All wedding cakes must be quoted and the below is to be used as a guide only for your basic cake construction. All design elements, decorations, flowers, wafer paper elements etc are quoted individually based on each brides individual design. All 2 tier and 3 tier wedding cakes must be delivered and delivery charges are quoted based on the delivery location. Delivery charges start at $100 for local delivery (within 10km from beerwah). 

Base cake price 2 tier cakes (minus design & delivery)

8 inch bottom tier 4 layers + 5 inch top tier 4 layers- $480

serves approximately 95. 

8 inch bottom tier 3 layers + 5 inch top tier 4 layers - $465

serves approximately 85.

8 inch bottom tier 3 layers + 5 inch top tier 3 layers - $450

serves approximately 75

Please be aware this is a guide only for the most popular 2 tier cake look. Bottom tier can be changed to a 7 inch cake for a more elongated design. changing tier sizes will change pricing. 

Base cake price 3 tier cakes (minus design & delivery)
9 inch bottom tier 4 layers + 7 inch middle tier 3 layers + 5 inch top tier 4 layers - $710
Serves approximately 150 persons.

This is a guide only for the base cost of a 3 tier cake. Layers can be removed to reduce the size and tier sizes can be adjusted which will again change the price. This is the base price for a very common sized 3 tier cake.
