I'm a mumma to three beautiful girls, big bang theory and real housewives addict, wife to a golf and fishing obsessed hubby and fitness enthusiats turned baker.
My journey into the baking world has been paved with happiness and darkness.
When i decided to make my first born's 2nd birthday cake to save some money i had no idea what direction my life was about to take.
After the birth of my second child, i was unfortunately struck by another driver on the highway. Whilst we were all okay, i suffered a severe infection which had me hospitalized for two weeks away from my newborn baby and subsequent surgeries. The after affects of this time were the most painful. I was diagnosed with PTSD and severe anxiety and was eventually medically retired from my much loved career as a police officer.

But my ray of light during this time, apart from my beautiful girls and the birth of my dream baby Miss Evie, was the calm and stillness i would have making cakes, cupcakes and cookies. This became my happy place and my therapy.
Fast forward to now and what began as just a hobby has now become my fulltime passion and i'm now at a place where i can take orders.
I have been supported, nutured and found such a happy and positive place from baking and i'm so excited to share that with you and help you celebrate your special events or pass my knowledge of baking to you through my blog posts and tutorials
